Paula Charter

Paula Charter is a contemporary abstract artist based in Kelowna, BC, working primarily
in acrylic and mixed media. Her tactile, process driven practice draws on themes of
pace, presence, and emotional reconnection in a world consumed by speed and
technology. Before pursuing art full-time, Paula built a career in human resources while
maintaining an art practice and completing a variety of art courses on the side. Paula has exhibited in juried shows across the Okanagan and in Vancouver.
